Custom prose
Each artwork is accompanied by custom prose handwritten onto the Certificate of Authenticity. You, the collector, offer the first sentence and M. Freddy responds with a reflection shaped by the painting — a story that invites dialogue. After you purchase the artwork, M. Freddy will reach out personally to confirm the sentence. You are also welcome to schedule a call to talk to the artist if you need help deciding. Share an opening sentence that is nostalgic, whimsical, tender, delightful… We cannot wait to hear what you share.
M. Freddy only offers custom-made, original artworks. The bespoke nature of the artwork means the Studio cannot accept returns or exchanges, and all sales are final. Delivery
We offer free white glove delivery via Convelio, a fine art courier trusted by clients such as Sotheby’s and Christie’s, on orders above 1500GBP to eligible locations. This includes locations supported by our online checkout, i.e. the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Japan, Switzerland, and countries within the European Union. Do not hesitate to reach out if you would like artworks delivered outside of these locations: MFreddy.studio@gmail.com.
M. Freddy’s custom-made, original artworks are made for you with care, and this takes time. We aim to dispatch artworks within 2 weeks and no later than 30 days after full payment is received. Please let us know when you check out if you have an urgent deadline for a special occasion; we will try our best to accommodate but there is no guarantee. Should any delays arise, we will inform you promptly. After the package has been dispatched, artworks delivered via our Standard Fine Art Courier Service by Convelio will take longer because they become oversized items once they are crated for protection. The Standard Fine Art Courier Service takes 15-25 business days. It includes white glove delivery to your room of choice by fine art handlers, removal of packaging materials, and Ad Valorem insurance. Express delivery, delivery via temperature controlled cargo, exclusive-use transportation, and other tailored features are available via our Bespoke Fine Art Courier Service at an additional cost. Simply select the option during checkout and we will be in touch.
For orders delivered outside the U.K., you are responsible for import taxes, customs duties, and additional fees according to your country’s policy. These charges are beyond the Studio’s control. Please see our Delivery Policy for more information.
