Each artwork is accompanied by custom prose handwritten onto the Certificate of Authenticity. You, the collector, offer the first sentence and M. Freddy responds with a reflection shaped by the painting — a story that invites dialogue. After you purchase the artwork, M. Freddy will reach out personally to confirm the sentence. You are also welcome to schedule a call to talk to the artist if you need help deciding. Share an opening sentence that is nostalgic, whimsical, tender, delightful… We cannot wait to hear what you share.

M. Freddy only offers custom-made, original artworks. The bespoke nature of the artwork means the Studio cannot accept returns or exchanges, and all sales are final. M. Freddy’s custom-made, original artworks are made for you with care, and this takes time. We aim to dispatch artworks within 2 weeks and no later than 30 days after full payment is received. Please let us know when you check out if you have an urgent deadline for a special occasion; we will try our best to accommodate but there is no guarantee. Should any delays arise, we will inform you promptly. After the package has been dispatched, FedEx delivery typically takes 2-5 business days.

All artworks include a signed and stamped Certificate of Authenticity.

We deliver the artwork unframed to avoid any risk of glass breaking during transit. While we do not offer frames at this time, we offer some framing recommendations in our Contemporary Fine Art Care Guide.

You may be surprised by how gracefully works on paper age. The pastel paintings by Benedetto Luti (1666-1724) are still available today in the collection of the Metropolitan Museum (the Met) in New York. Consider the notes tucked into your favourite book or the magazine you have kept for years. Those were never meant to last and yet they have. We choose fine art materials carefully to support their longevity. In most cases, it comes down to thoughtful placement — choosing the right wall, an appropriate frame, and a suitable place for storage. All orders to eligible locations include free deliveries via Fedex, and we cover customs duties and import taxes for peace of mind. Eligible locations include United Kingdom, Canada, Japan, Switzerland, and countries within the European Union. A signature is necessary to acknowledge receipt of the artworks.
